KONAMI announced today that it is promoting the international development of baseball in Japan and the rest of Asia as a special sponsor of the “KONAMI CUP Asia Series2007”, to be held at the Tokyo Dome from Thursday, November 8 to Sunday, November 11.
Played under the slogan “The top of Asia, to the world,” this official annual international championship not only determines the number one team in Asia but plays a major role in fostering the growth of baseball on the Asian continent.
KONAMI was a special sponsor of the first and second championships held over the last two years. In continuing its role as a special sponsor, KONAMI will work to ensure the success of the championship as well as the international development of baseball as it strives to inspire the dreams of people around the world.
